Hemp Protein Shake

1/4 cup of Hemp (Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 50)
1 1/2 cups of light soy milk
1 tbs chia seeds
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of strawberries or blueberries 

Blend to your liking and enjoy. It will be a bit thick with the chia seeds.
